The legendary singer Elton John made fun of his boyfriend and colleague Ed Sheeran after he had blossomed against the press about an upcoming duet.
Elton had hoped that the existence of the title - a Christmas single - would remain secret for the public until he is finished, but it seems that sheeran had different ideas.
He revealed it to the Dutch radio station NPO Radio 2.In conversation with the NME, Elton jokingly said: "Yes, he left the cat out of the bag, wasn't it?"."I was committed to confidentiality and then the large -mouthed sheeran travels to the Netherlands! It should come out - we have not finished yet, so there is still a lot to do."
Track on Ed Sheerans coming album?
Elton indicated that the track will be released on Sheeran's coming album by saying: “I can't say more than that because it is in his hands."
Sheeran had previously revealed that the collaboration came about after he had received a call from Elton last year on Christmas Day.He said that [his 1973 hit] 'Step into Christmas' was in sixth place in the charts and that it was great to have chart hits still damaged at the age of 74.
Elton John recently released the album The Lockdown Sessions, on which he worked with a number of top -class artists, including Lil Nas X, Miley Cyrus and Rina SaWayama.
