It starts three times on August 1st: In the morning, the pigs Josephine and Parcival are looking for the "Oberkuhlen Life" between the farm and wilderness. In the afternoon, the sneering Ferdinand ends up on the dump - the Buchfink Theater gives two performances for children. In the evening it says with the alpine drums: "The mountain groovt" - with milking stools, milk jugs and folding chairs. The culture bank has to fail again this year, but the smaller format culture on the bank offers a lot of music, cinema, dance, cabaret and children's theater - and mostly open air.

For the third double concert on August 14, the cultural office teamed up with the Molke youth center: Shartank from Austria mixes POP, HIPHOP and indie rap and was number one with the single "Washed Up" on Radio FM4."Oehl", the Romantic Pop duo from Ariel Oehl and Hjörtur Hjörleifson, provides the contrast with light rhythms and substantial texts.

More places and a larger stage than in the summer of 2020

The stage will be somewhat larger this summer than in the edition of "Kultur am Ufer" last year and it will stand with her back to the Graf-Zeppelin-Haus."We can offer more places because we can use the site to the lake," says Sarah Baltes. In this way, sound insulation is also sufficient.
