  1. Put all the ingredients in a container and mix them with a hand mixer to a homogeneous mass. The pancake batter should now be slightly thick.

For Chocolate Cereal: Add about 1 tablespoon of cocoa and mix well.

  2. Put a generous amount of oil in a pan and heat it up. Then set the stove to medium heat.

  3. When the oil in the pan is hot, you can carefully pour in the batter in rounds of about 2 cm. Be careful not to fry too many small pancakes at once. They only have to stay in the pan for a very short time because they burn quickly. Also use enough oil. This makes the pancake cereal crispy on the outside and keeps the fluffy consistency on the inside.

  4. Fill the batter into a piping bag. Tip: The opening should be as small as possible so that you can better control the portioning. This way the individual mini pancakes don't get too big.

  5. Serve the pancakes with fresh fruit such as cherries and pour over them with soy milk or maple syrup as you like.
